Professional interaction, Training, Leadership and Communication with Mobis Mgmt, Mobis Customers, Production Depts.and Team members
• Champion timely submissions of daily documentation concerning internal and external scrap, rework and return reports. |
• Maintain and update existing documents related to daily reports |
• Make suggestions as to how the quality control process can be improved |
• Support the development, review, presentation and implementation of internal and external 5 Panel submissions |
• Accept responsibility of supporting training and preparing new employees for familiarity of product and new product changes when necessary |
• Assist in development of special department projects and work in conjunction with Senior Specialist and/or Manager. |
• Measure the quality of products using a pre-defined set of criteria |
• Support Mobis Supervisor and Mgmt. with instructional training activities |
• Generate reports, graphs and charts as needed |
• Support and assist the Department Supervisors |
• Able to make sound decisions and judgments |
• On-going interactions with various departments |
• Follows Mobis Hand Book policies |
• Comply with and promote safety in the workplace, to include attendance at safety meeting as well as conduct safety meetings when necessary. |
• All other duties as assigned |
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or 5 years Equivalent Experience Required | |
• High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook | |
• Detailed Oriented | |
• Understanding of 5 panel (or similar) problem solving methodologies | |
• Strong communication and mathematical skills | |
• Able and willing to travel if necessary | |
