Summary
The Module Maintenance supervisor provides leadership and oversight to the Module Maintenance Department by monitoring maintenance activities and employees, and by reporting information regularly to other shifts and Management.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Create weekend work plans/schedule, including shutdown and holidays
- Supervise planning of preventive maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and repairs related to equipment
- Monitor and report downtime, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Fail (MTBF),
and 3R5S for shift
- Report weekly and monthly result and plan for shift
- Report weekly and monthly attendance analysis for shift
- Monitor 3R5S in work areas related to the Maintenance Department’s property and equipment
- Evaluate hourly Team Members’ skills and work performance
- Report training results and improvement progress
- Communicate with each department's vendors and contractors regarding maintenance issues
- Report information after shift change meeting regarding any maintenance issues
- Ensure OSHA and Mobis standards are adhered to for Personal Protective Equipment
- Report daily downtime of all processes, including trouble reports for major downtime
- Submit continuous improvement ideas for equipment issues
- Create, maintain, and monitor list of needed repairs
- Create notification and work orders in SAP for preventive maintenance, corrective actions,
and breakdowns
- Assist with new equipment installation in cooperation with engineering
- Document process data required per OEM related equipment
- Comply with and promote safety in the workplace, to include attendance at safety meetings,
conducts safety meetings when necessary

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
Associate’s Degree plus 3 or more years of maintenance supervisory experience, or High School Diploma or G.E.D. plus 5 or more years of maintenance supervisory experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Solid knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems
Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi/AB/Omron/Siemens/LS PLC) and inverter (Omron), servo motor
Knowledge of AGV M/C.
Knowledge of Robots (AB, Fanuc) and / FA.
Knowledge of Module Plant and Electric vehicle line Equipment.
Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Knowledge of SAP part of Maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to work at least one day each weekend
Preferred Education & Experience:
Knowledge of Auto CAD
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: List any if required.

Working Conditions
- Position hours: Day and Night Shift (Includes most holidays)
- Schedule cycle: Three shifts or two shifts - Rotation
- Office and production floor environments, use of ladders and stairs, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Position is required to work at least one day each weekend
