The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on all equipment in the Module plant.
Essential Functions
- Maintain list of all parts needed for repairs
- Support production needs in regards to equipment
- Record process data required by OEM for applicable equipment
- Make suggestions for improvement of PM and complete improvement projects as assigned
- Maintain organization and housekeeping in accordance with 3R5S standards and report results
from check sheet
- Operate plant equipment as needed
- Perform PM on pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Read electrical schematics to troubleshoot the root cause of electrical issues
- Make repairs to damaged objects and equipment
- Inspect equipment during production before PM and complete PM according to SAP work orders
- Perform tasks outlined in weekend, shutdown, and holiday work plans
- Conduct troubleshooting for equipment problems and breakdowns
- Complete downtime log for each downtime event
- Complete trouble reports and follow up with countermeasures or improvement reports
- Complete countermeasures and improvements identified on Breakdown Maintenance Reports
- Attend shift change meetings and share information regarding daily maintenance issues
- Communicate with production departments regarding maintenance issues
- Report results for daily check sheet and 3R5S to PM Technicians
- Report results for SAP work orders, as well as weekend, shutdown, and holiday work plan tasks
to PM Technicians
- Report equipment breakdown issues to PM Technicians
- Use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to OSHA and MAL standards
- Comply with all safety rules and guidance and report all recognized hazards

Basic Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2.5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical, and electrical systems
Some knowledge of robots(Fanuc/ABB), PLC(Omron) and inverter(Omron)
Some knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Some knowledge of fabrication
Some knowledge of Microsoft Office
Detailed knowledge of electrical systems
Ability to read electrical schematics
Organizational skills
Good Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Preferred Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical/Instrumentation, or related field
Ability to operate basic machining, welding, and assembly equipment
Working Conditions
Position hours: 8~12 Hours(Day or Night Shift)
Schedule cycle: Three shifts or two shifts - Rotation
Schedule includes most holidays
100% of work on production floor
Traversing around production floor
Ascending/descending ladders
Occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs.
Overtime as needed
