The inventory controller is responsible for unloading parts, scanning incoming parts by PDA, checking load by packing slips, completing cycle counts as needed, and creating goods receipts (GR’S) for parts received in SAP.

• Unloading incoming supplier LP and CKD. Scanning all parts to ensure that it is matching with packing slip received from supplier.
• Unload incoming supplier parts and check the inventory levels
• Check actual received stock against receiving paperwork and report discrepancies
• Scan incoming supplier parts by PDA and verify receipt
• Feeding parts to production lines and maintaining stock levels
• Check for and investigate inventory discrepancies in SAP
• Check safety stock and inform Purchasing Department when critical parts are low
• Put up all incoming stock LP and CKD when received
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory control
• Check daily cycle counts against SAP data
• Order parts from suppliers as needed
• Maintain housekeeping and organization according to 3R5S standards
• Follow safety rules and report safety issues to Supervisor
• Report any material handling equipment issues to management
• Prompt, regular, predictable attendance
• Physical presence at work during all scheduled work hours
• Overtime and weekend work as required
• All other job duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Forklift certified or Forklift experience
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory count.
• Good organization skills.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or 2 or more years in a logistic role.
